With Bell Enterprise's warranty, our customers get:
- Our standard one-year warranty (longer terms can be negotiated)
- Timely and thorough customer service
- Proven product quality (avg of 98.4% equipment success rate)
Bell Enterprise's warranty protects against:
- Equipment defects
- Service or test failures, faults and alarms
- Physical damage discovered upon initial inspection
Software licensing or compatibility
problems are not covered under this warranty.
Products that Bell Enterprise covers under warranty
will be replaced at no cost to you or a credit
(or refund) will be issued.
The warranty policy is explained in full detail as follows:
The Kendra Group, Inc. dba Bell Enterprise ("Bell") provides a
warranty against defects that occur within one year of the date
of the sale. The warranty also covers physical damage discovered
upon initial receipt of the equipment, and such claims can be
made within 15 days of receiving the equipment. Any software
licensing or compatibility problems are not covered under this
warranty. Order cancellations and RMA requests not covered
under the aforementioned warranty are subject to a 15% restocking
fee. Products covered under warranty are to be replaced, or a
credit or refund is to be issued, at Bell's sole discretion.
Freight charges are not eligible for a credit or refund. In
order to determine warranty eligibility, Bell reserves the
right to require documentation of equipment defect.
